Rare Autographed Baseball Bat a 1922 H & B Bat Signed By Ruth, Gehrig, and Cobb Formerly Owned by Cooperstown, NY Mayor Ross Young (1955-57) Found In New Jersey!!

WWBD: It has been reported and identified as a legitimate signed bat by the three greatest players of a past generation from the game of baseball. The bat is signed by only those three players and in excellent condition. The owner of the bat is a NJ native who purchased the bat from the Double Day Store in Cooperstown years ago. The bat came from the widow of a Mr. Young who was a Mayor of Cooperstown from 1955 -1957. He was also involved in the opening of the HOF in 1939.
The bat was found in a storage section in the attic of the mans home in New Jersey. The bat is the only one with only those three autographs.
When questioned on value it truly depends what it could draw at an auction. The early estimates are in the one to two million dollar range. If the bat is publicized and goes internationally the price could go higher. |

----- A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed an getting to the patient within 3 hours which is tough.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps. Read and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify.
Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
1. *Ask the individual to SMILE.
2. *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
3. *Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (i.e. . . It is sunny out today)
If he or she has trouble with any of these tasks, call
9-1-1 immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
After discovering that a group of non-medical volunteers could identify facial weakness, arm weakness and speech problems, researchers urged the general public to learn the three questions. They presented their conclusions at the American Stroke Association's annual meeting last February. Widespread use of this test could result in prompt diagnosis and treatment of the stroke and prevent brain damage.
A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this article and tells a family member, friend or worker and they tell other people you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

I thought it was quite interesting! And I know in about 30 seconds you're
going do what I did and find the nearest mirror.... Often heard about the
interested.
Do you know how to determine if a mirror is 2-way or not? This is not to
scare you, but to make you aware. A policewoman who travels all over the
U.S. and gives seminars and techniques for businesswomen passed
this on.
When we visit toilets, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms, etc.,
how many of you know for sure that the seemingly ordinary mirror
they can see you, But you can't see them)? There have been many cases
of people installing 2-way mirrors in female changing rooms. It is very
difficult to positively identify the surface by just looking at it.
So, how do we determine with any amount of certainty what type of
mirror we are looking at? Just conduct this simple test:
Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective surface and if
there is a GAP between your fingernail and the image of the nail, then
it is a GENUINE mirror.
However, if your fingernail DIRECTLY TOUCHES the image of your nail,
then BEWARE, FOR IT IS a 2-WAY MIRROR!
'No Space, Leave the Place' So remember, every time you see a Mirror,
do the 'fingernail test.' It doesn't cost you anything.
